CDG have over 10 years experience in 3D digitising, scanning, reverse engineering and inspection. We can scan pieces at our offices or on-site. If required, we can travel anywhere in the UK or beyond as the equipment is portable.

• Breuckmann StereoScan scanner
• Breuckmann OptoTop scanner
• Aicon Photogrammetry
• Automated turntable x2
• Geomagic software
• Workstation or laptop computer

Accuracy & Resolution

• The most accurate setting enables us to scan small objects to within 3 microns (0.003mm).
• The maximum resolution is a point spacing of 20 microns (0.02mm).
• Accuracy & resolution will be selected to suit object size and level of fine detail.

Size of Object

• Minimum is the size of a pin
• Maximum standard size is a 3 metre cube
• Up to 100 metres with Photogrammetry
